Larry Hagman RIP
Larry Hagman had many theatrical lives, from his stoic translator in Sidney Lumet’s FAIL SAFE (1963) to a whole subplot cut from Peter Fonda’s worthy THE HIRED HAND (1971) to possibly his best film performance in a poignant scene from Paul Mazursky’s HARRY AND TONTO (1974)…and of course the only feature J.R. ever shot, BEWARE! THE BLOB aka SON OF THE BLOB….
